AI Developer
(for Large Language Models & Agent Systems)

That’s why we’re looking for you: a creative mind with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the design of AI agent systems.

- Development and optimization of AI agent systems based on LLMs
- Design and implementation of RAG pipelines (document indexing, embeddings, vector databases)
- Experimentation with new architectures, prompts, and models
- Building robust production systems (API design, scaling, monitoring)
- Close collaboration with data scientists, backend developers, and cloud architects
- Evaluation of new AI frameworks, tools, and models (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, possibly OpenAI/Anthropic APIs)
- Code reviews, pair programming, and active contribution to the team’s tech culture
- Strong proficiency in Python (Async, FastAPI, testing, clean code)
- Solid knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related AI/ML concepts
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, open-source models such as LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
- Practical experience building RAG systems (vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS)
- Experience with at least one LLM API such as OpenAI, LangChain, litellm, or similar
- Understanding of agent frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain Agents, AutoGPT, CrewAI)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bonus points: expertise in MLOps, CI/CD, prompt engineering, or deploying models on GPU infrastructure
- Team player mentality combined with the ability to independently drive new concepts forward
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and rapid implementation
